There's no plastic card to lose and nothing to install. We keep your stamps against your mobile number, so all you do is say it at the till. Fill the card and it resets — a fresh one, same rewards, next shop.
How it works

Join online in about a minute, or ask a team member next time you're in. Your mobile number is your card.
- Step 2
Shop and get stamped
Spend $30 or more in store and we add a Fresh Stamp at the till. One per qualifying shop.
- Step 3
Claim your rewards
At six stamps, $5 off. At twelve, another separate $5 off plus one partner voucher for a coffee at Soulful Coffee Cart, or $10 off flowers at Harakeke Florist ($10 minimum spend).

- In-store at our Ferrymead shop only. Not usable online. Gift card purchases don't earn stamps, and rewards can't be used on gift cards.

- If you save your birthday month, you can receive one $5 birthday treat in that month per New Zealand calendar year. It is valid for 90 days from issue, applies to one shop of $20 or more, and does not use, reset or add Fresh Stamps. One reward may be used per transaction.

Fresh Club terms & privacy
- One Fresh Stamp per qualifying transaction of $30 or more, after any discounts or rewards are applied.
- One Fresh Stamp per qualifying shop. To keep things fair, transactions made close together may be treated as a single shop — if you've genuinely made two separate qualifying shops in quick succession, just ask at the till and we'll put it right.
- Collect 6 Fresh Stamps to receive $5 off a future eligible shop, and complete all 12 stamps to receive a further $5 off.
- The $5 reward can be redeemed on any shop of $20 or more. One reward per transaction.
- Birthday benefit: members with a valid saved birthday month may receive one additional $5 birthday reward in that month per New Zealand calendar year. It is valid until the exact expiry shown (90 days from issue), applies to one shop of $20 or more, and does not consume, reset or add Fresh Stamps. One reward may be used per transaction.
- Once a card of 12 stamps is complete, your card resets and you start collecting again.
- Gift card purchases do not earn stamps and rewards cannot be redeemed against gift cards.
- $5 rewards at 6 and 12 stamps are a permanent part of Fresh Club. The completion partner treat is promotional and may change or be replaced with an offer of similar value with reasonable notice. Any completion treat already earned or advertised at the time you complete your card will be honoured under its original partner offer and terms. One partner voucher is redeemed once in total; open-choice vouchers may be used at either listed partner without choosing in advance. Partner vouchers carry their own expiry, shown on the voucher.
- Fresh Stamps do not expire. Your card starts again after 12 stamps. Earned $5 rewards are valid for 90 days from issue; partner treats have their own expiry date shown on the voucher.
- Available for in-store purchases at our Ferrymead shop only. Fresh Stamps and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Prices and offers may change without notice due to market availability. Offers are while stocks last.
- Fresh Club is free to join. EcoBay Fresh Market may update these terms; members will be notified of any changes by email.
- Your details are used to manage your Fresh Club membership and send you the updates you opt in to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
