Part-Time Team Members — Weekday Shifts (Two Roles)
Two part-time weekday roles (~24 hours each) at Ferrymead's local fresh-food market — one early pattern, one mid-to-late. Steady set days, proper training, a team that knows its regulars.

EcoBay Fresh Market is Ferrymead's independent fresh-food store — big on produce, local suppliers, and knowing our customers by name. We're hiring for two part-time weekday roles, each with set, consistent shifts you can plan your life around.
Role One — Early pattern (24 hours): Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.
Role Two — Mid-to-late pattern (24 hours): Monday 11:00am–7:00pm, Tuesday 9:00am–5:00pm, Thursday 11:00am–7:00pm.
What the day looks like: running a checkout (including our Fresh Club loyalty till — we'll train you), keeping produce and shelves looking sharp, receiving and working stock, helping customers find things, and pitching in wherever the day needs. It's on your feet and hands-on — produce arrives in crates, not pixels.
What we're looking for: reliable above everything — these shifts are the backbone of our week. Friendly with customers, happy to learn, comfortable being busy. No grocery experience needed; we'd rather teach a good person the till than un-teach bad habits.
The details: pay depends on experience — we'll discuss it with you at interview. Staff get first look at our best fresh stuff, and you'll be working for owners, not a head office.
