Spend $30 or more in store and we add a Fresh Stamp at the till. One per qualifying shop.

- Say your mobile number, or show your pass on your phone.
- Rewards are applied at the till.
- In-store at our Ferrymead shop only. Not usable online. Gift card purchases don't earn stamps, and rewards can't be used on gift cards.

Completion treats may change from time to time — whatever is advertised when you complete your card is what you receive.

Fresh Club terms & privacy
- One Fresh Stamp per qualifying transaction of $30 or more, after any discounts or rewards are applied.
- One Fresh Stamp per qualifying shop. To keep things fair, transactions made close together may be treated as a single shop — if you've genuinely made two separate qualifying shops in quick succession, just ask at the till and we'll put it right.
- Collect 6 Fresh Stamps to receive $5 off a future eligible shop, and complete all 12 stamps to receive a further $5 off.
- The $5 reward can be redeemed on any shop of $20 or more. One reward per transaction.
- Once a card of 12 stamps is complete, your card resets and you start collecting again.
- Gift card purchases do not earn stamps and rewards cannot be redeemed against gift cards.
- $5 rewards at 6 and 12 stamps are a permanent part of Fresh Club. The completion treat (currently a medium coffee from Soulful Coffee Cart, including alternative milks) is a promotional partner offer that may change or be replaced with an offer of similar value with reasonable notice. Any completion treat already earned or advertised at the time you complete your card will be honoured. Coffee vouchers carry their own expiry, shown on the voucher.
- Stamps earned from 1 August 2026 expire 12 months after they are earned. $5 rewards must be redeemed within 90 days of being issued. Stamps earned before 1 August 2026 do not expire.
- Available for in-store purchases at our Ferrymead shop only. Fresh Stamps and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Prices and offers may change without notice due to market availability. Offers are while stocks last.
- Fresh Club is free to join. EcoBay Fresh Market may update these terms; members will be notified of any changes by email.
- Your details are used to manage your Fresh Club membership and send you the updates you opt in to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
